Membership
Renew your Membership: If you have not renewed your membership for 2020, the online registration system will automatically default to the nonmember pricing. If you would like to receive the member rate, renew your membership before registering.
Candidate Membership: Nonmember Residents who wish to apply for Candidate Membership and receive the Candidate Member rate must submit an application, accompanied by a letter from their Program Director which includes their program beginning and end dates. For more information, contact Rachel Schwimmer.

Advance registration ends January 13, 2021. After this date, participants must register at the meeting in La Jolla, CA. ASCRS accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks made payable to “ASCRS”, in U.S. Dollars only.
Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 fee. We will not accept registrations without full payment. If you require a paper registration form to pay via check please contact ASCRS Headquarters.
Registration Confirmation
We encourage you to register online. Attendees will receive an email confirmation/receipt within 24 hours of registering online. Allow up to five business days if registering by mail or fax. If an email address is not provided, registrants will receive confirmation in the mail within 14 business days.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing before December 31, 2020 to receive a refund minus a US $100 administrative fee. Refunds will not be granted after this date and will not be given for no-shows. Submit cancellation requests to ascrs@fascrs.org.
